DMCA Policy

Introduction

Instagrab.app respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (DMCA), we will respond promptly to claims of copyright infringement that are reported to us.

Our Role

Instagrab.app is a tool that allows users to download publicly available videos from Instagram. We do not host, store, or upload any Instagram content on our servers. Our service simply extracts video URLs that are already publicly accessible on Instagram’s platform.

While we do not control the content available on Instagram, we take copyright concerns seriously and will take appropriate action when notified of potential infringement.

If you are a copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of one, and you believe that your copyrighted work has been infringed through the use of our service, please submit a written DMCA notice containing the following information:

1. Identification of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed. If multiple works are involved, please provide a representative list.

2. Identification of the material that you claim is infringing and that you want removed, with enough information to allow us to locate it. Please provide the specific Instagram URL or content in question.

3. Your contact information, including your full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.

4. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

5. A statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

6. Your physical or electronic signature.

Repeat Infringers

Important Notes

Please be aware that filing a false DMCA notice may result in legal liability. Before submitting a takedown notice, please ensure that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf, the content in question is actually infringing, and fair use or other legal exceptions do not apply.

We recommend consulting with a legal professional if you are unsure whether your rights have been infringed.

Since Instagrab.app does not host or store any content, DMCA requests related to the actual video content should be directed to Instagram/Meta. Our service only provides a means to access publicly available URLs. However, we will cooperate with valid legal requests and take reasonable steps to address legitimate copyright concerns.
